How we store and protect your information

We store your information securely in electronic systems with access controls, and in some cases in paper files kept in secure locations. Only people who need your information to do their job can access it. We keep records for as long as the law requires, which for credit assistance is generally at least seven years, and then securely destroy or de-identify them.
