Teo Torrelli has been a Mortgage Broker since 1985 and has assisted over 3,000 clients by arranging the right loan to suit their purposes.
Teo is a Hall of Fame member of PLAN Australia, the peak industry body representing Mortgage Brokers in Australia and has settled over 3,500 loans for individual borrowers and companies for personal and business purposes.
Teo has full industry accreditation with over 30 bank lenders plus built a strong reputation with over 20 Private Lenders, in order to provide loan solutions for all clients regardless of their circumstances.
With an accounting background Teo specialises in complex, commercial and high net worth client loan applications.
Teo often workshops the client scenario directly with the client’s accountant, financial planner and solicitor to ensure the loan solution delivers the financial goal sought by the trusted advisor. He then engages with various lenders to ascertain appetite and basic terms.

Kristian works with clients in Moonee Ponds, the surrounding suburbs and right across Australia, arranging the right loan solution whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading, investing or building.
As an MFAA-accredited broker, Kristian collaborates with a wide network of bank and non-bank lenders throughout Australia. This broad panel allows him to compare a wide range of products and structure loans that suit each client’s circumstances, rather than a one-size-fits-all bank offering.
Kristian specialises in owner-occupied home loans, residential investment loans and construction loans, with a particular focus on guiding first-home buyers and property investors through each step of the lending process in clear, simple language.
Kristian regularly works alongside his clients’ accountants and other advisers to ensure the lending strategy supports their broader financial plans. He then engages with a range of lenders to assess appetite, policy fit and pricing before recommending a suitable solution.
