As an MFAA-accredited broker, he compares a wide panel of bank and non-bank lenders to structure loans around each client's circumstances, rather than a one-size-fits-all bank offer.

He specialises in owner-occupied home loans, residential investment loans and construction loans, with a particular focus on guiding first home buyers and property investors through each step in clear, simple language. Kristian regularly works alongside clients' accountants and other advisers so the lending supports their broader plans.

Teo Torrelli has been a mortgage broker since 1985. He has assisted more than 3,000 clients and settled more than 3,500 loans for individuals and companies, for personal and business purposes.

Teo is a Hall of Fame member of PLAN Australia, a national mortgage broking aggregation group. With an accounting background, he specialises in complex, commercial and high net worth loan applications, and has built strong relationships with more than 30 bank lenders and 20 private lenders.

Teo often workshops a client's scenario directly with their accountant, financial planner and solicitor, then tests lender appetite and terms, so the loan delivers the financial goal the client and their advisers are working towards.
